Samuel Arabski, 14 years old in 1941, was born in Uzichno in the region of Zhythomyr, near Dovbyzh. On the outskirts of this village, the Jewish families, escorted by Ukrainian police and part of the population, are transported to the vicinity of three pits by order of the SS.

After several hours of waiting, they are shot by the Ukrainian police officers and buried by their neighbors who share clothes and valuables.
