Rabbi Shimon Huberband, was in charge of religious matters in the Jewish Mutual Aid, and carried out an enquiry for Oyneg Shabbes on religious life in the ghetto. He collected notes on the profanation and destruction of institutions, places and of worship and Judaica from the Jewish communities in Poland.
