The partnership

The program initiated by the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah and developed by the Memorial of the Shoah concerns the classes of First and Terminal, where the theme of the Shoah appears in the program. Third-grade classes were also associated from 2004 to 2006. The institutions of about ten regions, renewed each year, are thus recipients of a call for applications, circulated during the school year. The classes are then selected on the basis of an educational project proposed by the teachers, bringing together volunteer students from a specific class.

This project is implemented throughout the school year, before and after the study trip to Auschwitz organized over a day from the regional metropolises. It gives rise to an important feedback process from the students.
