The study trip to Auschwitz is an opportunity to film images of the camp and to film the testimony of former deportees. Upon return, after editing and recording audio comments, the films are shown to other classes or at meetings open to the public. They allow students to share their experience, and thus constitute an important medium for exchange and reflection.
The memory in motion
Upon the return from the study trip in which they participated on December 13, 2006, The students of Terminale ES and Terminale Bac Pro Marine from the high school and high school Edouard Branly in Lyon have written logbooks and a documentary of about fifteen minutes on the history of the Auschwitz camp and the memory of the Shoah. A screening open to parents of the videos was organized at the school opening on October 9, 2007.

The Shoah: from Anjou, Auschwitz
As part of an interdisciplinary project combining history and philosophy, the students from Terminale ES at the Lycée Saint Martin in Angers have created a film about the Shoah in Maine-et-Loire. From documents and archives, this documentary shows the arrival of the Germans, Angers, the collaboration of local authorities, the application of anti-Jewish laws, the roundups, and the departure of convoy no. 8 from Angers Saint Laud station on July 20, 1942.

You will tell them
After covering the site of Auschwitz at the Jacques Zylbermine camp, rescap from convoy no. 60, the lives of the First ES leader and Guy Chauvet from Loudun have been restored with a film and a CD-ROM on the history of the Shoah. These two materials made it possible to organize about fifteen open-ended pedagogical workshops: high school classes, Giannian colleges, and fifth grade classes between May 29 and June 8, 2007.

To prepare for the journey of study: Auschwitz, the lives of the first prisoner in the Reims camp were thoroughly researched into the Dreyfus case, the Vichy government, the deportation of Marnais Jews, and the Auschwitz camp. Upon their return, they had an exhibition and a film project during the Acad Mique Council of French Life (CAVL) on May 10, 2007, and then on the website of the rectorate of the Acad Mie de Reims.

Auschwitz. Journey to the heart of the country.
After the study trip, the lives of 1 st L of the Saint-Rheims concentration camp in Charleville-Metz were discovered: a film about the Auschwitz camp, a constitu educational file, thematic sheets on the history of the Shoah, and an exhibition. They taught in several classes and disseminated their work on the website of the school.

On December 6, 2006, the students in Terminale ES from Jean Mac and Niort covered the Auschwitz site with Ida Grinspan, a rescap e of convoy 68 train to a village in the Deux-Sèvres in January 1944.
