The study trip to Auschwitz is an opportunity to shoot images of the camp and film the testimony of former deportees. Upon return, after editing work and recording audio comments, the films are screened at other classes or during meetings open to the public. They allow students to share their experience, and thus constitute an important medium for exchange and reflection.
Tribute to Doctor Rapha l Pecker
The students of 1 re bac pro TCI wish to retrace the journey of Dr. Pecker, a Jewish resident of Caen, from port on July 6, 1942, by the convoy known as the 45,000 . They notably met his daughter, Mich le Piart-Pecker, who told them about the life of his father.
In order to pay tribute to him, they also created a memorial plaque that they wish to be able to affix on the wall of his former home.
