Educational projects of the year 2010-2011: EXHIBITIONS

Being a Jew, Pornic under the Occupation

To cover and teach the history of the Shoah; through the history of one’s city, it is the adoption by the two teachers of the Pays de Retz high school to raise awareness about their first STG.
By consulting the archives of several schools, this class has put in light the lives of several families living at Pornic, most of whom were members during the roundup on July 16 and 17, 1942, and from port s by convoy no. 8 from the Angers train station.
The work is done with as many families as possible: Angel, Aaron, Rosenthal, Cerf-Seidengart, Kolp-Marx, and Simon. Others are: You, but since they were no longer appropriate: Pornic and I did not have you, the choice not to include them in this document has been made.
