Information and reservations:
By visiting the Shoah Memorial in Paris or in Drancy, students participate in an unprecedented investigation: discover, by wandering through its spaces, a place of memory. How does it present itself? Is it a place of memories? Of history? How does it allow us to reconstruct individual journeys and to inscribe them in a collective and centuries-old history? The classes in the museum, which will be entirely dedicated to them, will be accompanied by the Memorial guides and their teachers. They will have full freedom to move, question, analyze archival documents and present the result of their investigation. This activity is particularly in line with the recommendations aimed at organizing a historical or memorial visit related to racism, anti-Semitism or antigypsyism.
