During the visit, the students discover the Wall of Names, the crypt, the exhibition on the fate of the Jews in. Europe and the role of the Vichy regime during the Second World War. Several themes are addressed, including the history of antisemitism, the major phases of the genocide, memories and their evolution.

It includes a general visit of 1 hour and 30 minutes followed by a meeting with a witness of 1 hour and 45 minutes: former deportee, hidden child. This singular moment allows a dialogue to be established with the students. In the absence of the witness, an excerpt from filmed testimony is presented.

Accompanied by a guide, the participants discover the different spaces of the institution and also apprehend by touching the forecourt, the crypt and the Wall of Names. Audio testimonies of former deportees, administrative archives of the Shoah transcribed in Braille, as well as objects from our collections (textile, engraved metal or wood) help the group to approach the different stages of the "Final Solution" in Europe and in France.
