CITIZEN AWARENESS PROGRAM ON THE VALUES OF THE REPUBLIC IN FAVOR OF FRENCH HIGH SCHOOLS

Raising awareness among heads of institutions and professors about teaching secularism and the values of the Republic

As part of a programme to develop actions for citizenship, citizen participation and the fight against discrimination, the Shoah Memorial offers teachers, management and administrative staff in schools on Île-de France, an awareness program over two additional sessions in the premises of the Shoah Memorial.

Teachers' trip from the Île-de-France region to Poland: from Friday, February 7 to Sunday, February 9, 2025.

With 2 preparatory sessions to choose: Wednesday, October 16 or Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

PROGRAMME

  • First awareness: Wednesday, December 18, 2024 and Wednesday, January 15, 2025 (a date of your choice)
  • Second awareness: Wednesday, April 9, 2025 and Wednesday, May 21, 2025 (your choice)

Partnership with Seine-Saint-Denis

The department and the Shoah Memorial have been engaged for several years in the direction of the colleges of Seine-Saint-Denis to raise awareness of the history of the Holocaust and the genocides of the 20th century and offer a response to the development of new forms of racism and antisemitism.
