2,500 testimonies, a memory that never fades

More than ever, the teams of the Shoah Memorial continue their work of collecting video testimonies by traveling through France to meet witnesses, hidden children and Righteous among the Nations.

To date, nearly 2,500 testimonies are available in the archives of the Shoah Memorial and more than 220 on the YouTube channel of the Memorial.

Discover "the voices of witnesses"

The Shoah Memorial has decided to gradually put online, on its YouTube channel, unpublished testimonies of Shoah survivors, hidden children or just people.

These testimonies, previously unknown to the general public, are now accessible to everyone. For more than 20 years, the Shoah Memorial has embarked on a vast campaign to collect audiovisual testimonies of former deportees, hidden children, and righteous among the nations.

More than 1,000 testimonies have been recorded to date. Find now the testimonies of Victor Perahia, Ginette Kolinka, Marceline Lordian-Ivens, Yvette Lévy, Léon Placek, Sarah Montard, Milo Adoner... and all the other videos on the Shoah Memorial YouTube channel.
