2006, Israeli, Directed by Nicole Bard and Barak Bard,
This film traces the resistance to the German occupation of Jewish youth movements in France during the Second World War. More specifically, "the Eclaireurs Israélites de France (EIF)" and "the Zionist Youth Movement (MJS)" who opposed anti-Jewish laws and repression. They saved thousands of Jewish lives and later joined the French Resistance. The story is only told by those who lived it without any comment from the directors. Filmed between 1997 and 2004, these unpublished testimonies constitute exceptional and irreplaceable archives.
