Workshop-tale around the book L'Ourson de Fred (éditions Chandeigne, 2017) Spring break
Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 2:30 PM to 5 PM
For children aged 9 to 12

éditions Chandeigne, 2017
The storyteller invites the children to discover the true story of a little unnamed wool teddy bear, "Fred’s Teddy Bear." Fred never separates from his teddy bear. He is always with him and he takes care of him, treats him, tells him his life; unless it’s the teddy bear who watches over Fred... Through the eyes of this bear cub, we discover the journey of Fred, a young Jewish child from Delft who miraculously manages to escape raids and deportations. Following this narrative, participants are invited to present an object that is dear to them and to imagine how this object could also speak up and tell a particular memory.
