If only we knew where clowns are born... As part of the festival Les Traversées du Marais

There is laughter before and after Auschwitz. But there is also laughter at Auschwitz, the real one, the one that overthrows the world. This concert leads from Ravensbrück to Terezin, from Westerbork to Sachsenhausen, where we resisted with laughter and music. Tangos, waltzes, songs... light music whose weight we do not suspect. This upsetting concert where the Witz – the humor, the joke – breaks down the door of Auschwitz, not just for a laugh, but for a "fair laugh".
