There is laughter before and after Auschwitz. But there is also laughter at Auschwitz, the true one, the one that overthrows the world. This concert leads from Ravensbrück to Terezin, from Westerbork to Sachsenhausen, where we resisted with laughter and music. Tangos, waltzes, songs... light music whose weight we do not suspect. This overwhelming concert where the Witz – humor, the joke – forces the door of Auschwitz, not «just for laughter», but for «just laughing».
