On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the institution, an exhibition-file designed by the Shoah Memorial, under the direction of the historian Annette Wieviorka, retraces the history of the creation of the Memorial. Presenting a selection of archival documents and photographs, it also evokes the personalities who acted for the birth of the first European memorial dedicated to the Jewish victims of Nazism.
