Jews in resistance

Jewish resistance or resistance of the Jews, dedicated to saving or fighting the oppressor, they participated with courage in the liberation of the French territory, to the great displeasure of those who convey the myth of a certain Jewish passivity.

Through this exhibition, without underestimating or exaggerating the role played by the Jews of France, the documentation center of the Shoah Memorial wished to pay tribute to those who risked and even paid with their lives for this freedom that we know today.

The exhibition site includes a research module on Resistance Jews during the Second World War.
