By presenting to the public this exhibition created by the American Foundation Visas for Life, the CDJC wanted to pay tribute to the courage and determination of diplomats from different countries, backgrounds and cultures who, in issuing visas, at the risk of their lives or careers, saved thousands of people from the Holocaust.
