"Nuit de cristal" – Shoah Memorial
On the night of 9 to 10 November 1938, a wave of violence was unleashed against Jews in Germany and Austria. Called "Crystal Night" because of the many broken windows, this first major manifestation of anti-Semitic violence, orchestrated by the Nazi power, aims to accelerate the emigration of Jews, considered too slow.
