Trial of the major war criminals before the International Military Tribunal, Nuremberg Exhibition at the Edmond Michelet Study Center and Museum in Brive-la-Gaillarde

On 20 November 1945, the trial of the main political, economic and military leaders of the Nazi regime opened in Nuremberg. The inaugural Nuremberg trial was so in more ways than one: by creating the notion of a "crime against humanity", associating written documents with images as evidence, and filming the trial to create a historical archive.
