By glorifying the body of athletes, totalitarian and authoritarian regimes make sports places where people are enrolled, a field for ideological propaganda and an instrument in the service of aggressive diplomacy. At the same time, sport has a new face and is becoming a space for emancipation and resistance to Nazism.
