The genocide of the Armenians of the Ottoman Empire Exhibition at the Armenian Memory Center in Decines (Rhône)

During the First World War, the party-state governing the Ottoman Empire implemented the systematic destruction of its Armenian and Syriac subjects, thus breaking with the multi-ethnic imperial tradition.
The Shoah Memorial has dedicated an exhibition to these events that foreshadow the mass killings of the 20th century, highlighting the denial of which the Armenian genocide continues to be the object.
