Philippe Sands, a lawyer dedicated to judging the mass crimes, meets the sons of two high dignitaries Nazis : Niklas Frank, son of Hans Frank, Nazi governor of occupied Poland, and Horst von Wächter, son of Otto von Wächter, Nazi governor of Galicia in Ukraine. While Niklas has a clear view of his father’s guilt, Horst is still in denial. The lawyer confronts him with evidence and documents from the period.
