Jacques Zylbermine was a camp survivor. The survivor has registration number 157279. In 1943, he was arrested and deported from Drancy to Auschwitz before ending up at Buchenwald. He was 14 years old... His first 'return' to Auschwitz, he will do so in 1978. 'Backward. I arrived here paralyzed. I toured for fifteen days around the camp before entering it.
Tireless witness with young people, Jacques Zylbermine passed away at the age of 86, Thursday, April 21, 2016. We will pay tribute to him during this screening.
