In 2013, Romulus Balazs discovers a book, hidden for decades by the Romanian communist regime, about his native country’s participation in the Holocaust. While browsing the book, he becomes aware of photographs taken during the pogrom of Iasi, urban massacres and methods used to deport and assassinate the Jews. 74 years later, he returns to the traces of the massacre and searches for the places where these images were taken.
