This documentary pays tribute to the women who lost their lives during the Armenian genocide, those who survived and gave life again, those who were forced to live a life that was not theirs. There are survivors, missionaries, resistance fighters, among them Aurora Mardiganian, the American Mary Louise Graffam, the diplomat Diana Apkar, the Danish missionary Maria Jacobsen and the Jewish activist from Nili, Sarah Aaronsohn.
