
Exhibition "Filming the war" at the Shoah Memorial in 2015
If since 1945 the images of the camps and the stories of the Shoah have become one of the first references of horror, for about fifteen years a large public has been confronted with the diffusion without filter and without comment of images and direct stories of violence and death. Between rejecting voyeurism and refusing to water it down, what is the right attitude to adopt for museums whose mission is to educate against violence?
