The spiritual resistance As part of the National Day of Resistance

Facing the Shoah, the resistance of Jews has also been translated on a spiritual level into all the territories affected by the persecutions and theextermination. On the occasion of this Day, the Memorial returns to the issues and manifestations of this little-known yet essential aspect of the history of the Shoah.

In the presence of Batia Baum, Yiddish teacher and translator, Philippe Boukara, historian, coordinator at the training department of the Shoah Memorial, Johanna Lehr, doctor in political science, Paris 1 university, and Paul Lévy, researcher, Poitiers university.

Led by Olivier Lalieu, historian, responsible for the development of places of memory and external projects.
