The spiritual resistance As part of the National Day of Resistance

Facing the Holocaust, the resistance of the Jews also translated on the spiritual level in all the territories affected by the persecutions and theextermination. On the occasion of this Day, the Memorial returns to the issues and manifestations of this little-known yet essential aspect of the history of the Holocaust.
In the presence of Batia Baum, Yiddish teacher and translator, Philippe Boukara, historian, coordinator at the training department of the Mémorial de la Shoah, Johanna Lehr, doctor in political science, university Paris 1, and Paul Lévy, researcher, university of Poitiers.
Led by Olivier Lalieu, historian, responsible for the development of places of memory and external projects.
