Women’s involvement in rescue networks

Sunday 25 September 2016 at 2:30 PM

On the occasion of the publication of "Le sort des autres". The rescue of Jewish children at the French-Swiss border from Nancy Lefenfeld, ed. L'Harmattan, 2016, and "Si je survis" by Moriz Scheyer, published by Flammarion, 2016. With the support of the Fondation pour la Mémoire de la Shoah.

Two overlapping stories, seemingly dissimilar, raise the question of commitment and combat. Through the nature of involvement in the Resistance, in these two cases rescue networks, a common point emerges: the activity of women, like Mila Racine, has largely carried this form of resistance.
