On the occasion of the publication of "L'Histoire confisquée de la destruction des Juifs d'Europe. Usages d'une tragédie" by Georges Bensoussan, PUF, 2016.

But, here and there, a feeling of saturation and criticism about its place in the collective memory appear. For many, contrary to the aim sought, this memorial centrality would nourish the "competition of victims", or even prevent them from thinking about the present.
