Transmission, reconciliation: theatrical experience in Rwanda

22 years later, where is the reconciliation? How, in the light of other genocides, executioners and victims can apprehend the past, the present, and the future? Through street theatre, a Franco-Rwandan troupe looks back at the reception by the inhabitants of its tour in the Rwandan hills.
Readings of excerpts from Ici et maintenant, written notably on the basis of interviews with witnesses who survived the Shoah by the company Uz et Coutumes (Uzeste) and Ishyo Arts Center (Kigali).
In the presence of Dalila Boitaud, director, company Uz et Coutumes, Marie-Odile Godard, psychologist-psychoanalyst, Didacienne Nibagwire, Mickaël Sengazi and Christophe Lafargue, actors and witnesses.
Hosted by Carole Karemera, director and artistic director of the Ishyo Arts Center.
