Meeting on the occasion of the reissue of
34 years later, the republication of «Vichy and the Jews» constitutes a paradoxical historiographical event.
On the one hand, it shows the progress made since then on the subject and, on the other hand, it emphasizes the relevance and solidity of the original theses of the two authors, reaffirming the overwhelming responsibility of Vichy in the massacre of the Jews of France.
