Reading discovery of the Marais
Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 11 a.m.
Through a course in the Marais, families discover the Jewish presence in the historic heart of Paris. Synagogues, commemorative plaques, traditional shops from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day, participants follow the upheavals and changes in the Pletzl, the Jewish quarter of Paris. At the turn of a street or a garden, musical readings will accompany this discovery.
As part of the Shoah Memorial Book Fair.
Led by Marielle Rubens, reciter, Hélios Azoulay, clarinet, and Adeline Salmon, guide-speaker.
Meeting point: Saint-Paul metro at 11 a.m.
