On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the camps, le Mémorial de la Shoah rend hommage aux derniers survivants par une serie de cinq capsules vidéo d'unpubé d'e par Eric Toledano et Olivier Nakache.
Each film depicts the encounter between a young man and a survivor.
In these exchanges, Larissa Cain, Judith Elkán, Ginette Kolinka, Yvette Lévy and Léon Placek share their experiences of anti-Semitic persecution and deportation. En parlant à des jeunes gens, ils offrent une transmission intime et vivante de leur histoire.
Alongside the capsules, visitors are invited to discover the rich and essential personal archives of the last witnesses of the Holocaust.
This exhibition thus questions the evolution of memory and the indispensable transmission of this tragedy to the younger generations.
