Created in April 2018, by the descendants of Ernest and Claire Heilbronn, deported by convoy 69 on March 7, 1944, with their daughter Marcelle and murdered in Birkenau, this Foundation, under the aegis of the Shoah Memorial, a recognized public utility foundation, aims to reward those who, through their work and research, contribute to the history of Jews in France, education against racism and antisemitism, and the history of World War II in France.
