New! Exhibition Chagall, from one bank to another in Chambon-sur-lignon exhibition in other places of memory in France

Thursday 16 June 2022sunday 02 October 2022
The Shoah Memorial and Lieu de Mémoire du Chambon-sur-lignon invite you to discover the exhibition "Chagall, from one bank to another".
Through paintings and drawings from private collections, the exhibition "Chagall, from one bank to another", proposes to plunge into the magical universe of one of the greatest painters of his time.
Poetic, vibrant, his work is the unique synthesis of a life marked by the Jewish culture of Eastern Europe and the great upheavals of the twentieth century.
Indissociable de son époque, the work of Marc Chagall, by the power of the emotion it radiates, remains however timeless.
A total of 23 works will be presented in this exhibition.
