Discover the new cultural activities program

Thursday 01 September 2022Saturday 31 December 2022

The program of our cultural activities is, as always, rich in encounters and promises strong moments of reflection and emotion. In connection with the exhibition 'To the grace of God' will take place an eponymous cycle; we will mark the literary season with a series of interviews around six authors; we will offer you a selection of recent films in the presence of their directors as part of Documentary Film Month; and many other meetings, screenings, and theatrical performances.

As usual, we will host the Hazkarah ceremony in the presence, this year, of Beate and Serge Klarsfeld.

For the Nuit blanche 2022, the Memorial pays tribute to the artist Christian Boltanski through an unprecedented exhibition, one year after his death.

As part of the European Heritage Days, on 17 and 18 September, we are waiting for you for the exhibition entitled Private archives, 1942, presented by the Memorial’s archive service, as well as for guided tours of the mansion Chalons-Luxembourg, whose walls have recently become part of the Memorial.

We also invite you to discover the exhibition Cabu, drawings from the Vel d'Hiv roundup before its closing on November 8. We recommend that you take the time to visit "To the grace of God".  The Churches and the Shoah, 80 years after the publication of the pastoral letters that will be a milestone. Finally, we invite you to visit with your family, in and near the Memorial, the street art exhibition 11 400 children. Portraits by C215.

We are happy to announce the resumption of memory trips, notably to Auschwitz as well as to Warsaw, in view of the 80th anniversary of the ghetto revolt.

As always, our activities aim to preserve and transmit the history of the Shoah, while showing the consequences of racism and antisemitism in History. You can support us this year by participating in the gala dinner and concert, respectively on October 13 and November 22.

We hope to see you at one of these events, either at the Memorial or online and live on our website and social networks.
