New educational brochure 2019-2020

The school year that has just elapsed has allowed us to welcome, both within our walls and during delocalized activities within the institutions themselves, more than 66,000 students, 2,619 youth groups, and more than 5,200 teachers in training.

We are nevertheless keen to continue our efforts to ensure that the teaching of the history of the Holocaust and genocides is an effective tool for educating against intolerance and hatred.

New workshops, new visits, new testimonies, new memory paths... the educational program that you will discover in this brochure is even more rich, varied and constitutes for you, teachers, a resource at the service of your pedagogical approach to the history of the Holocaust. In the spotlight this year: an offer dedicated to the national week of actions against racism and antisemitism, events organized especially for the 75th anniversary of the discovery of the camps by the Allies, preparation sessions for the CNRD 2019-2020.

By placing civic and citizen training at the heart of its project, and by weaving ever more partnerships with local communities in order to open up to a wider school audience, the Shoah Memorial loudly reaffirms its mission of teaching and education. You can count on us.

Happy back-to-school everyone.
