In our educational activities, training and visits, we wanted to give importance to history, law, the arts, philosophy, but also to the critical analysis of sources to better understand the past and illuminate the present. It is also a question of building bridges between young people and witnesses, students and mediators, teachers and trainers, guides and participants in study tours. To transmit by summoning history, the sensitive and the unheard.
Make our places spaces of knowledge and exchange for a greater understanding of the world around us. Our institution opens up the widest possible perspectives, is part of rethought processes and targets new audiences, while at the same time confirming to the faithful the need to return to see each other in order to deepen or discover new horizons. Our revised educational brochure, both in its form and in its programmatic proposals, is an invitation to go beyond our comfort zones to reinvest time past and question the current world.
Through the wealth of cultural events in Paris and Drancy, historical routes, our workshops, our exploratory visits, our temporary and traveling exhibitions, our training courses for teachers, our educational offer has been designed to allow everyone to find answers to major questions at the Shoah Memorial.
Each educational project is carefully studied by our teams in order to better support the educational community throughout France and respond with proposals tailored to specific needs and situations.
Our measures against anti-Semitism and all forms of racism in schools will be renewed and strengthened. The Shoah Memorial, beyond its daily missions, will continue its fight against hate speech. He will do it with strength and determination, at your side, in the name of the common values that drive us and in the service of the formation of the younger generations.
Have a great start to school!
