The commemoration in tribute to the internees and deportees from the camps of Loiret, under the aegis of the Union of Auschwitz Deportees and the Shoah Memorial, in partnership with CERCIL-Vel d'Hiv Children’s Memorial Museum, of the Remembrance Commission of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions of France and of the Sons and Daughters of the Jewish deportees of France, will be held theSunday, May 17 next.
In order to take into account the instructions of health and government authorities, the ceremony will be a public-free deposit of wreaths, with a single wreath for associations and foundations.
The Shoah Memorial will offer from Thursday, May 14 on this occasion an exceptional program to be found on its website www.memoriadelashoah.org and its social networks.
As part of the Ceremony in tribute to the internees and deportees from the camps of Loiret, on Sunday, May 17, 2020, under the auspices of the Union of Auschwitz Deportees and the Shoah Memorial, in partnership with CERCIL-Memorial Museum for Children of the Vel d'Hiv, the Remembrance Commission of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions in France and the Association of Sons and Daughters of Jewish Deportees of France, Raphaël Esrail, President of the Union of Auschwitz Deportees, wished to address a few words to you.
