Commemoration of the "Billet vert" Round-up

The commemoration in tribute to the internees and deportees from the camps of Loiret, under the aegis of the Union of Auschwitz Deportees and the Shoah Memorial, in partnership with the CERCIL-Musée Mémorial des enfants du Vel d'Hiv, of the Remembrance Commission of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions in France and of the Sons and Daughters of French Jewish Deportees, will be held on Sunday, May 17 next.

In order to take into account the instructions of health and government authorities, the ceremony will be a wreath laying without an audience, with a single wreath for associations and foundations.

The Shoah Memorial will offer from Thursday, May 14 on this occasion an exceptional program to be found on its website www.memoriadelashoah.org and its social networks.

As part of the Ceremony in tribute to the internees and deportees from the camps of Loiret, on Sunday, May 17, 2020, under the auspices of the Union of Auschwitz Deportees and the Shoah Memorial, in partnership with the CERCIL-Memorial Museum of the Children of the Vel d'Hiv, the Commission du souvenir of the Conseil représentatif des institutions juives de France and the Association des Fils et Filles des déportés juifs de France, Raphaël Esrail, President of the Union of Auschwitz Deportees, wished to address a few words to you.
