Signing of cooperation agreements in Kigali

On June 3 and 4, 2019, in Kigali, Rwanda, the Shoah Memorial signed three partnership agreements with the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide, the association Ibuka Rwanda and the NGO Ejo Hacu.

These texts mainly focus on the exchange of archives in order to establish a resource center at the Memorial on the genocide of the Tutsi in Rwanda.

The mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and a municipal delegation took part in this event which opens a cycle of sustained cooperation in this country. It will also include training operations for staff and advisory activities at Rwandan memorials.
