The project "Overcoming the historical traumas of the 20th century" received financial support from the European Union as part of the programme "Europe for Citizens", strand 1 – "European memory".

It aimed to address the historical disputes between neighbouring European countries, taking the Holocaust as a starting point. He also intended to bring together teaching audiences around common contemporary challenges such as conspiracy theories or anti-Gypsyism. Seven seminars were organized in 2019 and 2020 by the Shoah Memorial with its European partners (Ministry of Education, NGOs, museum). 268 teachers/educational staff from 12 European countries (Albania, Bosnia, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, North Macedonia, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain) participated in these trainings.

Below you will find the websites dedicated to two of these online courses. On this space, the trainees were able to find all the documentation related to the proposed contents as well as meeting and dialogue spaces.
