July 1942. Maurice Gutman, 12 years old, is taken to Garches hospital for a broken leg. He narrowly avoids the roundup that will take his family. At the hospital, Dr. Daviel diagnosed him with tuberculosis and imposed a long treatment. But was this only a ruse to prevent the young boy from being deported? Maurice and eight other young residents will live, with the hospital staff, an unforgettable experience, made of proof of friendship, solidarity and extraordinary courage. Not far from 400 people had the chance to attend last night the premiere of the film at the Cinéma Publicis des Champs-Élysées, organized by the Shoah Memorial and Les films Manuel Munz. This preview took place in the presence of the film crew and the young actors.
