In 2022-2023, the Shoah Memorial will remain mobilized on all fronts of transmission.

Our institution has continued to grow and strengthen its territorial network with the sole desire to be closer to education professionals and students. The Shoah Memorial in Paris and in Drancy, the Cercil in Orléans, the place of memory of Chambon-sur-Lignon, the Jules-Isaac center in Clermont-Ferrand, the station of Pithiviers, the southern branch and our academic correspondents, harmoniously distributed throughout the entire territory, constitute as many points of support and levers to accompany your educational projects.

The Mémorial de la Shoah will also increase its activity in an unprecedented way this year: new pedagogical devices and traveling exhibitions, memory trails all over France around emblematic sites of the Holocaust and the Resistance, study trips to Auschwitz and in Europe, training of national education staff, etc. Our teams exchange, share, innovate and offer new educational tools, original documents from our collections and mediations rethought in the light of the major educational challenges we must face.

Transmitting the history of genocides in the twentieth century, describing, decrypting and reversing the falsifications of history and the rejection of the Other are at the heart of our missions.
The challenges are immense and our common path is sometimes difficult. But we move forward, deeply convinced that our educational role is above all to be closer to your expectations and needs.
