Last tribute to Simone Veil at the Shoah Memorial Opening to the public on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th June from 10am to 6pm / Free admission

The Shoah Memorial invites the public to pay their last respects to Simone Veil and her husband, Antoine Veil, the Friday 29 and Saturday 30 June from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..

The coffins will be displayed in the crypt located under the forecourt of the Shoah Memorial.

Simone Veil was a founding member of the Shoah Memorial, then president of the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah from 2001 to 2007.

Exceptionally, the Shoah Memorial will open its doors at 11 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 1, due to the departure of the procession for the Pantheon.
