In 1958, Félix Chevrier (1884-1962), former resistance fighter and director of the colony of Chabannes, named Righteous among the nations in 1999, donated his papers to the Shoah Memorial. In these archives, a document of 170 pages written by the staff and children of the house of the OSE (Work of relief to the children) installed in Chabannes: the Journal of Chabannes. This journal has just been registered in the International Memory of the World Register, along with other children’s drawings made during the Second World War.
