Inauguration of the exhibition
«Shoah and comic strip»

The exhibition "Shoah and comics" was inaugurated on 18 January 2017 in the presence of Audrey Azoulay, Minister of Culture and Communication. On this occasion, the Memorial signed a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Culture and Communication: "We will strengthen our cooperation with the Shoah Memorial on all the archives part but also the museum," declared minister Audrey Azoulay.

Éric de Rothschild, president of the Shoah Memorial and Didier Pasamonik, scientific curator of the exhibition, gave an inaugural speech in the Memorial auditorium before asking all the authors present, including Enki Bilal, who created the poster for the exhibition, Kkrist Mirror, Gorun Aprikian, Jean-Philippe Stassen, Didier Zuili, to join them on the stage.

The exhibition "Shoah and comics" is now open to the public until October 30, 2017. Guided tours will take place on certain Thursdays. All information about the events around the exhibition and guided tours are available on the exhibition website.
