Update of March 19, 2020

Our Documentation Centre is closed but you can consult online information concerning the Jewish deportees from France and access nearly 90,000 notices of photographs, archival documents, books, films, sound recordings, posters...

You will also find many educational resources on our site, both for teachers and parents. To be discovered in particular, the Attic of Sarah, a site of introduction to the history of the Shoah designed for primary school children, and more particularly for 8-12 years old, while respecting the sensitivity of the young visitor.

March 18, 2020 update

Unfortunately, the health crisis we are going through does not allow us to carry out our fundamental missions for the moment, all our spaces being closed to the public.

Nevertheless, we want to stay in touch with you during these difficult times. We will thus offer you on social networks a virtual walk through our permanent and temporary collections, invite you to discover objects and archival documents, to listen to survivors' testimonies.

We therefore invite you to meet us on social networks, as well as on our website, in the hope of being able to welcome you again very soon.

March 15, 2020 update

Following the new containment measures, the Memorial bookstore is regretfully obliged to temporarily suspend all orders, processing and deliveries of online works since March 14, 2020 until further notice.

March 14, 2020 update

Following the measures put in place by the French government to limit the outbreak of Coronavirus – COVID-19, the Shoah Memorial will be closed to the public from 15 March 2020 until further notice.
