The Ile-de-France Region actively participates in the work of remembrance: besides its agreement with the Shoah Memorial and its participation in the work to expand it, it disseminates in high schools an exhibition created by high school students, accompanied by the newspaper « How do we get there? ».
This journal, solely devoted to the Holocaust, is produced by the Regional Council of Île-de-France in collaboration with the Shoah Memorial which, relying on its extensive documentary collection, provides the texts and photos that make it up. Published in 150,000 copies, it is addressed to all public and private high schools in the Île-de-France region under contract on the occasion of 27 January, European Day for the Remembrance of the Holocaust and for the Prevention of Crimes against Humanity.
A printed version of the newspaper is also available on request, depending on available stocks, from the Lycées Unit – Educational Actions Service of the Ile-de-France Region
