Visit 'The Egyptian heritage', in the Père-Lachaise district

Thursday, October 20, at 2:30 PM

Meet in front of the main entrance of the cemetery, at the top of the rue de la Roquette (20th street).

Understanding Georges Perec is an attempt to decipher a writing imbued with mystery, playing with constraints, and one of the most singular works in world literature. It is also exploring the "other places" of this son of Polish Jewish immigrants who liked to walk around the city. Two separate visits, one around the park of Belleville, the other in the district of Père-Lachaise, allow to reconstruct the "Perec puzzle".

I participate

Both courses require good physical condition. It is not essential to register for both visits.

Rate: €14/€8 (reduced and Friends of the mahJ) for each visit. Online booking on mahj.org
