Site of Blagovshchina

The Shoah Memorial intervened for the first time in Belarus. This training seminar for 40 local teachers was organized in partnership with the IBB Historical Workshop. The meeting was opened by the Ambassador of France Didier Canesse, the Ambassador of Germany, the Director of the Delegation of the European Union and the Jewish Community of Minsk. The interns went to the site of the Blagovshchina killing center where a new memorial has just been inaugurated.

In 2019, the Shoah Memorial will intervene with students of the Franco-Belarusian Studies Center.
